Jide release Remix OS 2.0 for Nexus 9, Nexus 10 tablet

Jide has released new build of its Remix OS for three devices. Now you will be able to install Remix OS 2.0 on Google's Nexus 9 and Nexus 10 tablet. In addition, Jide has also released a new stable build of Remix OS 2.0 for its own Ultra tablet.

Remix OS is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop and brings desktop-style features including multi-windows support for multi-tasking to the mobile operating system. It also brings features like file manager, resizable windows, notification panel and taskbar along with a few enhancements to improve the overall user experience.

The Ultra tablet had already got an early build of Remix OS 2.0 in January, and now with the stable build, the OS should offer better and more reliable performance.

The Remix OS 2.0 ROMs for Nexus 9, Nexus 10 is available from Jide's website and have to be manually flashed to the devices.

Earlier this month, Jide released Remix OS for desktop as well, which allowed users to run Google Play Store and Android apps on PC.
