LeEco Le 2 with Helio X20 SoC gets certified by TENAA

The successor of the most popular, Le 1s, the Le 2 is expected to be unveiled on April 20, and ahead of the official unveiling, the phone has been certified by Chinese telecom regulator TENAA, outing specs and product shots.

First up, the product shot of Le 2 shows a different design of the device (back panel) from what we have seen in leaked images earlier. The Le 2 has a bezel-less design and sports a metal body, with antenna lines on top and bottom. At the back the camera is in on the center w/ LED flash, instead of being at the top corner, and has a square shaped fingerprint scanner below it. It has the old LeTV logo instead of the new LeEco logo.

As per TENAA listing, the LeEco Le 2 features a 5.5-inch 1080p display and is powered by deca-core Helio X20 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. For photography Le 2 gets 16-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front facing camera. The phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, is backed by 3000mAh battery and supports 4G LTE w/ VoLTE. It measures 151.1 x 74.1 x 7.7mm and weighs 153g.

There is another variant of Le 2, as per AnTuTu benchmark powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 652, and this one could be for the U.S market. As mentioned earlier, the LeEco Le 2 launch is expected on April 20, and on the same day, the company is likely to announce its foray into the U.S market.
