LG Q6+ with FullVision display, 4GB RAM coming soon to India

The LG Q6 brings one of the unique feature of flagship LG G6: the FullVision display, to the budget segment. It was launched in India earlier this month at Rs. 14,999. And now LG is all set to bring its beefed up version, Q6+ to the country soon.

According to Mumbai-based mobile retailer Mahesh Telecom, LG will launch the Q6+ in India in the first week of September. Also, while the Q6's availability was exclusive to Amazon India, the Q6+ will be available via offline stores across the country.

As mentioned earlier, the LG Q6+ offers the same FullVision display and a near bezel-less design as the Q6. The specs are also same, expect for the RAM and storage. The Q6+ comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage (vs. Q6's 3GB RAM and 32GB storage).

Other specs include 5.5-inch Full HD+ screen with 18:9 aspect ratio, Snapdragon 425 chip, 13MP/5MP cameras (with features like Square Camera mode, Food mode, GIF mode and more), 4G VoLTE, NFC and 3000mAh battery. It runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat and has dedicated slots for dual-SIMs and microSD card. Unfortunately, there's no fingerprint scanner.

The pricing details is not yet known, but the Q6+ should be priced Rs. 1,500 or Rs. 2,000 more than the Q6.
