Oppo U3 Phablet Officially Launched in China

Last week, Oppo launched two smartphones - The Oppo Mirror 3 and Oppo R1C and the company was expected to announce another smartphone soon. And Today, Oppo has launched the Oppo U3 smartphone in China. The company has not revelaed the pricing and availability details of the handset.

The Oppo U3 features a 5.9-inch full HD display with 1080x1920 screen resolution. It is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 SoC, coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage [microSD card support upto 128GB]. It runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat with ColourOS 2.0.1 UI on top.

Camera features include 13-megapixel camera with LED flash and Sony IMX124 sensor. On the front it sports a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash. Connectivity features include dual SIM support, 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0, and GPS.It is backed by a 3000mAh battery. The batter can be charged up to 75 percent in 30 minutes via OPPO’s VOOC fast-charging technology bundled with the handset.
