ZTE nubia Z11 mini S with 5.2-inch display, 4GB RAM, 23MP camera announced

ZTE sub-brand nubia, celebrating it fourth anniversary on Monday, announced the fourth model of the Z11 series, the Z11 mini S in China.

The nubia Z11 mini S features a 5.2-inch Full HD display with 2.5D curved glass design and Gorilla Glass Protection. Under the hood is a 2.0GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage, with microSD card support up to 200GB.

It rocks a 23-megapixel Sony IMX318 rear camera with PDAF, f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. The front facing camera unit is 13-megapixel featuring Sony's IMX25 sensor with f/2.2 aperture and PDAF. Additonally on the back there is a fingerprint scanner for securely logging into the device.

Connectivity options on nubia Z11 mini S include 4G LTE, VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC USB Type-C and hybrid dual-SIM slots, which means the second slot will accept either a SIM card or microSD card. It runs  Nubia UI 4.0 on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is backed by 3000mAh non-removable battery.

The nubia Z11 mini S is currently up for pre-order in China starting at CNY 1499 (Rs. 14,867 approx.) for the 64GB version and CNY 1899 (Rs. 18,834 approx.) for the 128GB version. You'll get to choose between black, gold or silver color options. It will go on sale on October 25.
